2017: An impact reserve in the midfield who played in all 21 games, drew four starts and totaled 817 minutes as a junior…scored two goals, dished three assists and amassed seven points on the year, all career highs…both goals and all three assists came against conference foes, including an assist in the 2-0 semifinal win over Liberty in the Big South Championship (11/3)…played at least 40 minutes in 11 of her 21 games…played fewer than 30 minutes just six times…also netted the game-winner in the 3-0 quarterfinal win over Charleston Southern in the first game of the tournament (10/27)…set up the game-winning goal by Emily Mothersbaugh in the 78th minute of a 2-0 win against Winthrop in the regular season (9/27)…tied for the team lead in points (3) in the postseason, helping the Lancers reach the Big South Championship game for the first time in program history…played a career-high 87 minutes in the regular-season finale against Gardner-Webb, scoring the game-tying goal of a 1-1 draw (10/21)…a Big South Presidential Honor Roll selection…also a Longwood Scholar-Athlete.

2016: Appeared in 18 games with three starts, playing 674 minutes as a sophomore…took 13 shots, putting seven on target…recorded her first career assist in a 5-0 win over Gardner-Webb (9/24) …played a career-high 56 minutes in an overtime win against Gardner-Webb in the Big South Quarterfinals (10/28)…a Big South Presidential Honor Roll selection.

2015: Appeared in 13 games spanning 293 minutes as a freshman…took six shots, putting four on target…scored her first career goal in a 4-2 loss at No. 10 Virginia Tech, tying the game in the 76th minute in Blacksburg (9/2)…goal came on an assist by fellow freshman Sheyenne Stretz…played a career-high 3 minutes in a 1-0 win against Howard (8/30)…a Big South Presidential Honor Roll selection.

High School: Four-year letterwinner at Pomperaug High School…led Pomperaug in goals as a senior with 11…added 14 assists…led Pomperaug to the South-West Conference Championship in 2013…also a three-time South-West Conference All-Academic Team selection…involved with the Future Business Leaders of America and Interact Club…has volunteered with Adopt-a-Family, the March of Dimes, Holiday Bear, St. Vincent De Paul, Sacred Heart Church, The Rainbow House and various homeless shelter feeding initiatives.
 
Personal: Born Kelly Anne Almeida on May 25, 1997…daughter of Carlos and Nanette Almeida…has a brother, Marc who played soccer at Wingate University…father, Carlos, also played soccer at the University of Connecticut.
