Biography

Prior to Longwood: A native of St Louis, Missouri, Mattea “Mo” attended Cor Jesu Academy. She lettered in field hockey three years, where she received 1st team All-Conference and All-State recognition as a senior. In her senior season she recorded 15 assists, two goals, and three defensive saves. She is a two time member of the NFCHA high school national academic squad. 

Personal: Daughter of Clay and Jackie. Mattea has one sibling, Henry. Father played soccer at University of Arkansas Little Rock, while mother played soccer at Lindenwood. Vest plans to doubles major in Business and communications Science Disorders.
