Prior to Longwood: A native of Chester, Virginia, Caitlin attended Thomas Dale High School. She is a three year team captain and received First Team All-Region as a senior. Carraway was chosen to the First Team All-Metro team for the Richmond area. She was the team MVP as a senior. 

Personal: Caitlin is the daughter of Susan Carraway. She has two siblings, Andrew and Gavin. In her spare time Caitlin enjoys playing with legos and pickleball. She intends on majoring in Business Administration.
