CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Bali Song has been named Big South Freshman of the Week in women's tennis for a second time, the league announced on Wednesday.

Song won at singles and doubles as Longwood defeated Presbyterian, 5-2, on Thursday in tiger Lancers' final conference match of the season. Song teamed with Oriana Izarra to win at No. 1 doubles, 6-2. She followed it with a 6-4, 7-6 (3), 6-2 win at No. 1 singles to clinch the match for Longwood.

Song, of San Nicolás de los Garza, México, was also named Big South Freshman of the Week on Jan. 28.

Song is currently 15-11 on the year, including 6-8 in singles dual matches and 15-9 in doubles. She is 8-5 in doubles dual matches this season.

Next up for Longwood (9-7), the Big South championship is set for April 16-18 in Lexington County Tennis Complex in Lexington, S.C.
