WHAT THEY SAID:

"What a great weekend to conclude our indoor campaign," said Longwood Head Coach Brooke Craig. "We're taking the next block to continue that momentum into a strong outdoor season."

"Overall, we had some great performances and some learning moments this meet," said Assistant Coach-Head of Sprints, Jumps and Hurdles Rob Gritzer. "The performance that stood out the most was Lilliana's 500 meter race. She was nervous since she had never run it before but trusted the process and ran fearlessly. That mentality is exactly what we are looking for to 'Raise the Standard' and to be a role model for the freshman group and future recruiting classes. With how she is racing, she is due for a huge outdoor breakthrough season."
