2025-26: Ran in 11 track meets … Set the program indoor 3,000m mark with a 9:42.34 at the 2025 Liberty Kick Off (Dec. 4-5) … Set the program indoor mile record with a 4:55.45 at the 2026 Darius Dixon Memorial (Feb. 13-14) … Helped the program set the DMR indoor record with a 12:36.79 at the 2026 Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 27-28) … Broke the program’s 1,500m record with a 4:24.60 at the 2026 Big South Outdoor Championships (May 11-13) while also finishing second, a program record.
2025: Raced in nine meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons, placed top ten in eight of the meets … Program’s first Big South all-conference selection for track after finishing third in the 1,500m at the Big South Outdoor Track and Field Championship … Received Big South of the Week Honors (March 26), Female Freshman of the Week … Holds the five fastest 800m times in team history, the top two 5,000m times and the top three 1,500m times as well as the top mile time … At the Liberty Open (Feb. 7-8), in the 800m, placed fourth with a time of 2:13.56 ... At the 2025 Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (Feb. 14-15), placed seventh in the Distance Medley Relay, with a time of 12:41.96 … At the Richmond Fred Hardy Invitational (March 20-21), placed fourth in the 800 with a time of 2:13.05, and sixth in the 1,500 with a time of 4:33.43. At the Dr. Jack M. Toms Alumni Invitational (March 28-29), finished first in both the 800 (2:14.16) and the 1,500 (4:35.67) ... At the 2025 Colonial Relays (April 3-5), she finished sixth in the 5,000 with a time of 17:10.64, putting her second in the record book for 5,000m times in Longwood History ... In the 4x1500, placed seventh, with a time of 20:07.76 … At the Dennis Craddock Classic (April 11-12), placed first in both the 800m (2:13.08) and in the mile (4:51.01). At the Virginia Challenge (April 18-19), placed fifth in the 5,000m and won her heat with a time of 16:48.07 … At the Big South Championship (May 12-14), placed second in the 800m preliminaries with a time of 2:11.16, and fifth in the finals with a time of 2:12.37. In 1,500m, placed sixth in the preliminaries 4:54.96 and third in the finals 4:27.71.
High School: Lettered in cross country and indoor and outdoor track for four seasons … All-American in the 800M and won the state title on the 4x800M relay as a senior…All-State selection in the 4x800M, 1,000M and 3,200M in indoor and 4x800M and 800M in outdoor … Top outdoor times: 1:02 in the 400M, 2:13 in the 800M, 5:15 in the 1,600M and 11:31 in the 3,200M … Top indoor times: 1:21 in the 500M, 2:15 in the 800M, 2:55 in the 1,000M, 5:23 in the 1,600M and 11:27 in the 3,200M.
