FARMVILLE, Va. – The Longwood women's soccer program will host its annual Cancer Awareness Day this Saturday, Sept. 27, as part of the Big South home opener against Winthrop at 7 p.m.
 
Pairing with the showdown against the Eagles at the Athletics Complex, Longwood will host an online auction coordinated through the National Foundation for Cancer Research (NFCR) leading up to the game. The Lancers will also sell pink bracelets provided by NFCR for $1 to raise money for cancer research.
