Glaves comes to the Lancers following a four-year career at NCAA Division II Charleston in West Virginia. The Lancaster, England native helped the Golden Eagles to four Mountain East Conference championships and four trips to the NCAA tournament. 

Glaves, a three-year team captain, was a first team all-Mountain East Conference selection in in 2024-25 as a senior while earning second-team honors as a 2021-22 as a sophomore. Charleston advanced to the NCAA tournament round of 16 in in 2023, finishing 19-9 as a team overall.

She is a certified Level 2 coach from Britain’s Lawn Tennis Association and has assisted at Jon Griffin Tennis, Ltd., since May 2019, working with players ages 4-16.

Glaves graduated summa cum laude from Charleston with a degree in exercise science in May.
