Erica Lowery is in her first season as an assistant sports performance coach at Longwood after being hired in May 2025.
Lowery comes to Longwood from Liberty where she was an Olympic sports sports performance intern for the 2024-25 while earning a master's degree in Human Performance -- Strength & Conditioning.
Lowery played volleyball for the Flames, graduating in with a bachelor's degree in May 2023 in Interdisciplinary Studies - Natural & Health Science.
A native of Cypress, Texas, Lowery was a defensive specialist and libero at Liberty, claiming Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll recognition as a senior in 2023. She also earned similar honors in the Atlantic Sun and at Texas A&M, where she played the 2021 spring and fall seasons, from the SEC.
