2025: Raced in ten meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons and placed top ten in six meets…Set records in the 100m and 400m hurdles with the top three times in each…At the Dr. Jack M. Toms Alumni Invitational (March 28-29), placed ninth in the 100m hurdles (15.91) and in the 400m hurdles (1:11.71), third in the 4x100 (52.29), and fourth in the 4x400 (4:06.03)...At the 2025 Colonial Relays (April 3-5), placed third in the 4x200 (1:45.92), and eighth in the sprint medley relays (4:18.93). At the Dennis Craddock Classic (April 11-12) placed fifth in the 100m hurdles (15.56). At the Wildcat Invitational (April 18-19), placed sixth in the 100m (12.90), fifth in the 100m hurdles (15.97), first in the 400m hurdles (1:08.18), and first in the 4x400 (4:14.26). At the Hill City Twilight (May 2), placed third in the 100m hurdles (15:07), a personal best in the 100m hurdles. At the Big South Championships (May 12-14), placed sixth in the 400m preliminary hurdles (1:05.41) to set the program record and followed it with a 1:05.81 in the finals to finish sixth, and then finished fifth on the 4x400 relay (3:57.20)...
 
High School: Lettered in outdoor track for four seasons and added three indoor track letters…All-state selection four times in outdoor track and three times in indoor track…Top times: 8.51 in the 55M hurdles, 14.12 in the 100M hurdles, 45.02 in the 300M hurdles…
