2025: Played and started in all 15 games as a defender for the Lancers…Finished the season with 15 ground balls, seven caused turnovers, and a career-high three draw controls…Had a career best two draw controls against Presbyterian  (April 19). 
 
2024: Played and started all 18 games along the Longwood back line…Picked up 18 ground balls while also adding five CT’s and one draw control…Set a career high with two CT’s on March 17 against William & Mary…Had a season-high three ground balls on March 27 against Radford…Matched her season high with three ground balls and two CT’s against High Point…

2023: Played in 16 games with eight starts as a true freshman defender…Notched 14 ground balls and eight CT’s along with one draw control…Had three multi-ground ball games…Notched three ground balls in her first collegiate start on March 5 against Clemson…Added two ground balls on April 5 at Wofford…Snagged a career best four ground balls on April 15 at Campbell…Had a career high two CT’s on senior day on April 22 against Presbyterian…Had a CT in each of the team’s final four games, and all eight of her CT’s came in the team’s final nine contests…
 
High School:Multi-year lacrosse varsity starter at James Madison High School in Vienna...Played club lacrosse for VA Metro and the last three seasons for Cardinal...While playing for Cardinal LAX, the team was ranked second in the United States in the U.S. Lacrosse rankings..Helped club lacrosse team advance to national semifinal game...Converted from attacker to defender...Loves the opportunity to prevent a goal, as it is just as valuable as scoring one...As an attacker, scored 19 goals in the championship series in the Triple Edge League Championships, good for third in the league in goals scored that season....Battled injuries as a multi-sport athlete...Played basketball in AAU as well as high school and club volleyball and NVSL swimming in addition to lacrosse in high school...Graduated in the top 10 percent of her class...Earned Morgan's Message Ambassador recognition...Earned Honor Roll honors in all eight semesters in high school...Posted a 4.1 GPA in Advanced Studeis...Completed nine AP courses...Member of the National Honor Society, National Science Honor Society and National Art Honor Society...

Personal: Daughter of William and Lydia Newsom...Has one sibling, her twin brother Zenus, who is a student at James Madison...Hobbies include art in various media, weight lifting and playing multiple sports, including basketball, volleyball and swimming...Certified lifeguard, swim instructor, volleyball referee and lacrosse referee...
