2025: Raced in nine meets during the indoor and outdoor season and placed top ten in seven meets…Holds the top three times in the men’s 400m hurdles in team history…At the 2025 Liberty Open (Feb. 7-8), placed ninth in the 4x400 (3:27.23)...At the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (Feb. 14-15) placed eighth in the distance medley relay (11:08.85)...At the Richmond’s Fred Hardy Invitational (March 20-21), placed tenth in the 400m hurdles (1:00.50), and third in the 4x100 (42.02)...At the Dr. Jack M. Toms Alumni Invitational (March 28-29), placed seventh in the 400m hurdles (57.92) and fifth in the 4x100 (42.73)...At the 2025 Colonial Relays (April 3-5), placed fifth in the 4x100 (42.51), fifth in the 4x200 (1:29.64), and ninth in the 4x400 (3:26.77)..At the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic (April 11-12), placed fifth in the 400m hurdles with a career-best time of 56.67 that was also the program record…At the Big South Championship (May 12-14), placed ninth in the preliminary 400m hurdles (1:07.37) and sixth in the 4x100 (41.86).
High School: Lettered three times in outdoor track and twice in indoor at Woodgrove HS…All-State selection in the 4x200M relay, 55M hurdles, and 300M hurdles…Personal best of 15.29 in the 110M hurdles and 38.41 in the 300M hurdles as a senior…
