2025: Raced in seven meets during the indoor and outdoor season and placed top ten in five meets…At the Richmond Fred Hardy Invitational (March 20-21), placed fifth in the 5,000m (15:36.93)...At the Dr. Jack M. Toms Alumni Invitational (March 28-29) placed ninth in the 1,500m (4:10.33) with a time that was a career-best…At the 2025 Colonial Relays (April 3-5) placed tenth in the 4x1500 (17:21.47)...At the Wildcat Invitationals (April 18-19) placed first in the 3000m steeplechase (9:52.55) that was also the first time in team history a runner had broken the 10-minute mark…At the Big South Championship (May 12-14), placed tenth in the 3000m steeplechase (10:11.84).
