2025: Raced in three meets and placed top ten in one meet. At the Dr. Jack M. Toms Alumni Invitational (March 28-29), placed ninth in the 3,000m steeplechase (11:12.24). 
 
2024: Competed in five meets between the indoor and outdoor season…Posted his personal best in the mile at 4:44.83 at the Virginia Tech Challenge on Feb. 16…Ran two mid-distance PR’s on the same day with a 2:16.90 in the 800M and a 4:22.31 in the 1,500M at the Fred Hardy Invitational on March 22…Made his 3,000M Steeplechase debut with a PR at the Hornet Open on March 29 with a time of 10:56.96…
 
High School: Three-year varsity runner for cross country, indoor track and outdoor track at Grassfield High School…All-Region Team selection as a senior…Won the 6A regional title in cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track…Posted best times of 17:03 in the 5K as a senior, 10:58 in the 3,200M as a junior, 4:39 in the 1,600M as a senior and 2:06 in the 800M as a senior…
