2025: Raced in four meets between the indoor and outdoor season…At the Dr. Jack M. Toms Alumni Invitational (March 28-29), placed sixth in the 4x400 (3:31.66). 
 
2024: Ran in six meets between indoor and outdoor season…Posted a personal in the 400M in the Big South Championship with a 53.47…Had a personal best in the 800M of 2:07.53 at the CNU New Captains Classic on April 20…Had his best 200M race at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic on April 13 with a 24.69…
 
High School: Ran cross country, indoor track and outdoor track in high school…Earned outdoor track Coach’s Award…All-State runner on the 4x400M relay team…Best time in the 1,000M came as a sophomore with a 2:56.2…Posted times of 1:12.72 in the 500M, 39.75 in the 300M, 2:06.49 in the 800M and 53.62 in the 400M as a senior…Notched a 19:31.5 in the 5K as a sophomore…Played lacrosse in high school and earned Coach’s Award…
