2025: Raced in nine meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons and placed top ten in all nine meets…Has the top five 400m times in team history…At the 2025 Brandt Tolsma Classic (Jan. 23-25), placed eighth in the 4x400 (3:27.85)...At the Liberty Open (Feb. 7-8), placed ninth in the 4x400 (3:27.85)...At the Darius Dixon Invitational, placed ninth in the 500m (1:06.24)...At the Fred Hardy Invitational (March 20-21), placed third in the 4x100 (42.02)...At the Dr. Jack M. Toms Invitational (March 28-29), placed third in the 400m (48.47), fifth in the 4x100 (42.73), and second in the 4x400 (3:23.77)...At the 2025 Colonial Relays (April 3-5) placed fifth in the 4x100 (42.51), fifth in the 4x200 (1:29.64), ninth in the 4x400 (3:26.77), and eighth in the sprint medley relay (3:32.44)...At the Dennis Craddock Classic (April 11-12) placed eighth in the 100m finals (11.24), and ninth in the 200m (22.21)...At the Wildcat Invitational (April 18-19), won the 400m (49.16) and placed third in the 200m (22.14)...At the Big South Championship (May 12-14), placed fourth in the 400m (47.61) with the program record in the event. Also posted a personal-best of 22.07 in the 200m and finished sixth in the 4x100 (41.86), and fifth in the 4x400 (3:16.79). 
 
2024: Ran in eight meets between indoor and outdoor season…Became the first Lancer to qualify for a final event in the Big South Outdoor Track & Field Championship out of prelims…Ran a personal best 49.52 in the 400M at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic on April 13…Added a personal best in the 200M at the same event with a 22.50…At the Big South Championship, qualified for the finals with a 49.91 before finishing seventh with a 50.03 in the final race…Also helped Longwood earn points in the 4x100M and 4x400M relays…Ran a personal best of 2:03.68 in the 800M at the CNU New Captains Classic…Posted a personal best time in the 500M of 1:07.30 at the 2024 Liberty Open on February 3…
 
High School: Ran sprints at Warhill High School…All-American Sprint Medley Relay…All-State for the 4x400M relay…Team captain…All-Region in the 400M, 4x400M, 4x100M and 4x200M…Part of a team that set the school record for the SMR (Sprint Medley Relay)…PR in the 200M came as a junior at 23.03, when he also set his personal best in the 400 at 51.04…
