2024: Ran in four meets this fall…At the Spider Alumni Open (6k) (Aug. 31), finished 128th with a 22:30.4 … At the Lancer Home Open (8k) (Sept. 7), finished 15th with a 29:16.5 … At the Lancer Pink Invitational (8K) (Oct. 11), finished ninth with a 27:54.1 … At the Upstate Invite (8k) (Oct. 19), finished 132nd with a career-best time of 27:48.2.
 
High School: Lettered in cross country and started since his sophomore season … All-Region selection for both cross country and track…Team captain for part of his junior season and his entire senior year … Holds school record in the indoor 1,600M and the 1,000M…As a junior, went to state in the 1,600M and 4x800M in indoor track and then in the 4x800M in outdoor track … As a senior, went back to state in indoor track in the 4x800M while also making it in cross country.
 
Personal: Honor Roll member … Volunteered with Rise Against Hunger and with the Special Olympics … Aspires to continue running and see where it takes him before teaching and coaching … Favorite athletes are Noah Lyles, Michael Jordan, Michael Phelps, and Lex, Leo and Nico Young…Hobbies include spike ball, basketball, pickle ball, disc golf, and seeing the outdoors.
