2025: Ran in seven cross country meets in his debut season … Posted a personal best in the 6K that was also the third-fastest time in team history with a 19:19.6 at the 2025 Spider Alumni Open (Aug. 30) … Ran a 25:27.7 that was the third-fastest 8K time in team history at the Upstate Invite (Oct. 18) … Debuted at 10K with a 33:06.6 that was the third-fastest time in team history at the NCAA Division I Southeast Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 14).
High School: Lettered in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track all four years of high school ... All-state selection eight times ... All-region and all-district honors ... Team captain ... Won region title ... Part of DMR relay school record team ...Top times include 4:23 (1,600m), 9:46 (3,200m) and 15:49 (5,000m).
