By The Numbers:
  • Following a historic comeback victory for Longwood in the two teams' first meeting this season on January 21st at Willett Hall, the Presbyterian Blue Hose got the better of the Lancers in the rematch, claiming a 77-64 win on their home court.
  • Adriana Shipp-Davis hit six three-pointers, a career-high for the redshirt junior guard. Tonight was the first time a Longwood player has hit six or more triples in a single game since the 2019-20 season.
  • Bailey Williams dished out nine assists, a career-high and team-high on the season.
  • Chardonnay Hartley scored a career-high ten points off the bench.
  • Longwood hit a total of nine three-pointers in the game, a team season-high.
  • Longwood forced 24 turnovers in the game, scoring 21 points off of them.

Quoteables:

"High Point is similar to Presbyterian in that they pride themselves on shooting the three ball, so we really have to guard the three and decide that we're going to defend. Our defensive pressure is what's going to set the tone for the game. Not necessarily in the full-court, but in the half-court as well." -Head Coach Erika Lang-Montgomery following Longwood's loss to Presbyterian on Wednesday.
