BLACKSBURG, Va. -- Longwood University dropped a 7-0 women’s tennis decision at Virginia Tech Saturday in Blacksburg. The Lancers open the spring season 0-1, while the Hokies improved to 2-1. Longwood is scheduled to play again Sunday, Feb. 6, with matches against both Old Dominion (9 a.m.) and East Carolina (2 p.m.) at the VCU 4-1 Invitational in Richmond.
